We had chicken last night for dinner. The chicken here is different. It's tastes better but is a lot smaller. There is probably more meat on one leg of American chicken than on a leg and thigh of the Indonesian chickens.
The closest analogy I can think of is that the Indonesian chickens are like a long-distance runner while our American chickens are Anna Nicole Smith, pre-trimspa.

Chicken with flavor! That's what exercise will do to chicken. Free range chicken in the US has some flavor, but definitely no flavor on Draper Valley or Tyson chickens :) -berobero
